Your experience with Imagine Party Rentals is of utmost importance to us. We understand that plans might change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please find our policies regarding payment, re-scheduling, and cancellations below:

Payment, Re-scheduling and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy

30% deposit is required to book your event. The remaining balance of 70% must be settled on the day of the event, upon our arrival at the location.
We accept all major Credit Card providers, Apple Pay, Google Pay y Pay Pal
At this time, no Security Deposit is needed, in order to make the process easy for you.

2. Re-scheduling Policy:

Notification Window: If you wish to re-schedule, we request the courtesy of at least 48 hours' notice.
Our customers are entitled to one free re-scheduling. Any additional changes post the initial alteration will incur a minimal re-scheduling fee.
Weather Concerns: We monitor local weather conditions for your safety and convenience. Should weather pose a risk or inconvenience, you're entitled to re-schedule at no additional cost or opt for a full refund.
All re-scheduling requests are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Advanced Cancellation: We provide a full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in a 30% cancellation fee. This fee is retained to offset the costs associated with reserving your equipment and date.

Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the proper use and care of rented equipment.
Safety: Equipment must be used in accordance with safety guidelines provided.
Damages: Any damage to the equipment during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.

Supervision: Adequate adult supervision is required at all times when equipment is in use.

4. Delivery and Pickup:

Arrangements: Delivery and pickup times will be arranged in advance.
Access: The renter must ensure access to the setup location and provide clear instructions.

5. Liability:

Hold Harmless: The renter agrees to hold Imagine Party Rentals harmless for any damages or injuries.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance:

Return Condition: The renter is responsible for returning rented items in the same condition as received.
Cleaning Fees: Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

7. Additional Fees:

Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for late returns, damage, or other violations of the rental agreement.
Payment: Payment for any additional fees is due within 10 days of the event.

8. Termination of Rental:

Termination: Imagine Party Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if safety guidelines are not followed.
No Refund: In such cases, no refund will be issued.
